Tuesday night running

Tuesday September 16th

Did a quick loop from 41st and Tennyson around rocky mountain lake park. probably 2 1/2 to 3 miles. felt pretty good during the run. was really hurting that night from my (suspected) abdominal strain. I'll probably have to rest for at least another week. bummer.
